You make a snap decision and grab Bruce’s sleeve. “Come on,” you say, “let’s get these people out of here.”
Bruce nods, and even in the midst of a mission, there’s a hint of a grin playing across his face at the idea that you’d choose him (not the Hulk, but Bruce) to accompany you. He’s all business, though, and you begin to formulate a kind of orderly (well, for some loose definition of the word) exit.
Thor’s voice booms through the comms (honestly, the guy practically doesn’t need them at all), “I have found Agent Woo! He is injured, but it is mild.”
“Get him to the extraction point, Thor,” you say, and then you catch a blow to the side of the head that makes you gasp. There’s suddenly a lot more fighting than there was a minute ago; a team of guards is standing in the middle of the corridor, and they don’t look like they’re playing games.
“Do you need me to...” Bruce offers hesitantly.
