It’s not just about S.H.I.E.L.D. loyalties versus Avengers loyalties - you’re all part of the same team, and you and Sitwell are teammates just as much as you and all the crazy superheroes you hang out with on a daily basis. You’re staying.

You regret that decision almost instantly, when there’s a goddamn explosion right by your head and the whole battlefield dissolves into panic. You’re trying to run (whether toward or away from the worst of it, you don’t even know) when you practically trip over Sitwell, who is kneeling next to an injured Woo. “Come on,” you say, and help Sitwell get Woo into a halfway-comfortable two-man carry. Overhead, Thor and the Hulk are still fighting, and you figure that gives you enough cover to try to get Woo to the extraction point.

It does, and once you make it there, Thor and the Hulk follow as quickly as they can. You can see the other half of the team in the distance as well, fighting their way to join you...
